Mai Li: Hi! I’m Mai Li – pronounced my-lee. Cute, huh? I just arrived at my new foster home, so SPS doesn’t know a whole lot about me yet. I’m a bit shy, but I love people and am considering getting along with the dogs at my foster home. I have to go to the vet to get a check up, but stop back for updates from me, Mai Li! Prospective owners must live in MI, WI, or OH to adopt this pet. If you can't adopt me, would you please, please, please become my Guardian Angel?
Please visit Shar-pei Savers for more information on helping Mai Li. As of 5/07/08, this rescue group has a total of 8 Shar-pei available for adoption.

Max: only about 1 year old. He has been through alot in his short life. Max is a very laid back guy. He is a little food agressive right now and has some medical issues. It will be a while before he can be adopted. Max has a staph and yeast infection in his skin and a little mange from being so stressed out. Time and good food and a few baths ought to turn things around for him soon. Max will need to be on a good diet to avoid further skin problems. If you are interested in fostering/adopting Max, please go to www.allpeirescue.com and complete an adoption application. Please keep checking for updates on Max.
Please email Mindy Reed or visit APRAN for more information about helping Max.
