BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA
Bo: My fiance, who is a police officer, found this pup we're calling "Bo" on the back side of nowhere a few months ago. Anyway, this pup chased his patrol car, and when it didn't look as if Rick would stop, he just sat down in the middle of the road. When a car came going the other way, Bo repeated this process. Rick's heart broke, so he stopped and Bo ran up to him and launched himself into Rick's arms. He was skinny, and a bit dehydrated, but otherwise all right. Rick wouldn't take him to the dog pound because they would have "put him down" within two days. We've had him ever since, but with the idea we would find him a home because we can't give him what he needs in our present situation. He has had all his shots, been neutered, and treated for that mange that only Shar Pei's get and looking really good. His personality is a hoot, also. I swear he is trying to learn how to talk!
